Standard Shipping
At this time, MYTEA.COM.AU ONLY delivers to Australia wide and internationally. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. In the event there is a delivery surcharge, you will see it on your order total before you confirm your purchase. Please call or email our customer service personnel if you think there is an error.
For your security and peace of mind, MYTEA.COM.AU requests recipient’s ID and signature when attempting to make delivery for both Standard and Express shipments. Should the recipient be unreachable during the first delivery attempt, we will leave a note and reschedule a second delivery. Should the second delivery fail, the order will be returned to MYTEA.COM.AU and the amount of the order, less any shipping fees, will be refunded to the original purchaser’s credit card.Standard Shipping
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive by up to 7 business days via AUSTPOST.Express Shipping
Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 pm will arrive within 3-5 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification & shipping location.
Orders placed with Express Shipping will be ship via FEDEX.Multiple Shipments
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order. - Returns & Replacements

Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, please call our customer service at 08-82232058 to let us know. We will try our best to help you. If you are still unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days from the date of original purchase. There are just a few things to remember:
- Please enclose a copy of the invoice and your signed delivery slip along with the product.
- The product packaging must be in new and undamaged condition. If the product has been used, the remaining content must be at least 75% of the original content by weight. Note: Opened bar soaps and lip care products are not returnable.
- Refund will be made to the same credit card the order was placed with. Note that shipping fees paid, if any, are not refunded.
- Please remember to include a daytime phone number where we may contact you if we have any questions.
- After receiving your return, please allow us 10-14 business days to process and refund your purchase.

How do I place my order online?
Our simple 4 step checkout process is easy to complete:
In Step 1, you will be asked to log into your account with us or create one if you don’t have one.
In Step 2, you will be asked to fill in your shipping information and billing information. You will also be shown a summary of your order as well as your order total.

If you would like to pay by cheque, select “Cheque” as your payment method during check out and you will be presented with a printable invoice and instructions to mail in your cheque for further processing.
